See the deliverable first

Know what your project team will receive.

Review a sample progress report before scheduling a flight. See how repeatable aerial views, dated imagery, and concise observations can support owner updates, OAC meetings, pay applications, and closeout records.

One visual record

Give every stakeholder a clear view of progress.

Sentinel turns recurring aerial capture into an organized project record your team can review, compare, and share.

01

Keep owners informed

Share a clear visual update with owners, lenders, and executives without adding another site walk to the calendar.

02

Document every milestone

Compare familiar viewpoints across visits for progress meetings, pay applications, milestone verification, and project records.

03

Build a reliable archive

Keep date-organized imagery available from groundbreaking through closeout when questions about past site conditions arise.

Built for project teams

More useful than a folder of drone photos.

Every recurring plan is built around repeatable capture, organized delivery, and a dependable schedule.

20–40 aerial photos
High-resolution images from planned viewpoints for clearer visit-to-visit review.
Progress report
Date-stamped images, site overviews, milestone notes, and selected comparisons in a shareable format.
Organized delivery
Each visit is arranged by date in a secure delivery location approved stakeholders can access.
Optional 4K video
A concise overview for executive updates, project archives, stakeholder communication, or marketing.

Standard deliverables are provided within 24–48 hours of each completed flight. Same-day rush delivery may be available.

Choose the right cadence

A reporting schedule that follows the pace of the job.

The right interval depends on project velocity, reporting requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

01

Weekly

Fast-moving construction, civil work, structural phases, and frequent stakeholder reporting.

02

Every two weeks

Dependable visual updates without a weekly reporting requirement.

03

Monthly

Long-duration projects, portfolio oversight, lender updates, and executive reporting.

04

Major milestones

Groundbreaking, concrete, structure, dry-in, substantial completion, and closeout.

Simple and repeatable

From flight plan to progress report.

One local operator coordinates the approved scope, follows the agreed capture plan, and delivers each visit in a consistent format.

  1. 01

    Confirm the site and scope

Review the location, reporting goals, deliverables, site contacts, and cadence.

  2. 02

    Plan and coordinate the flight

Address access, airspace requirements, safety considerations, and repeatable capture points.

  3. 03

    Capture consistent views

Follow the approved plan so progress can be compared from familiar viewpoints over time.

  4. 04

    Receive and share the update

Files and reports are organized, quality-checked, and delivered within the agreed window.

Optional data products

Add mapping when the project requires more detail.

Progress photography is the foundation. Selected projects can add mapping or 3D deliverables when the scope calls for a broader site record.

  • Orthomosaic mappingGeoreferenced 2D site maps for an updated overhead view.
  • 3D site modelsPoint clouds or textured models for visual coordination and documentation.
  • Volume supportMaterial or stockpile measurements when the site and accuracy requirements fit the method.

Mapping products are scoped separately. Survey-grade work may require ground control, checkpoints, and coordination with a licensed surveyor.

Why Sentinel

Local accountability from planning through delivery.

Sentinel Aerial Services is a veteran-owned DFW drone company focused on reliable, safety-conscious documentation. Flights are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, with site coordination and airspace requirements addressed before capture.

That continuity matters when a project is documented over months rather than during a single visit.

  • DFW-local service and responsive coordination
  • Insured, safety-conscious flight workflow
  • Repeatable viewpoints and consistent delivery
  • Recurring, milestone, and multi-site plans

Common questions

Before the first flight.

Clear expectations help every recurring documentation plan run smoothly.

Can you fly while crews are active?

In many cases, yes. Sentinel reviews safe launch and recovery areas, site access, personnel, equipment activity, and airspace conditions with the designated site contact.

What happens when weather prevents a flight?

If wind, rain, visibility, or another condition prevents the scheduled flight, Sentinel coordinates the next practical weather window.

Can you capture the same views every visit?

Yes. Repeatable viewpoints are central to the service, with reasonable adjustments as cranes, structures, access, and site conditions change.

How quickly are deliverables provided?

Standard progress deliverables are typically provided within 24–48 hours. Larger mapping or 3D scopes may require additional processing time.

Are orthomosaics and 3D models included?

They are optional deliverables or part of a custom recurring plan. The correct approach depends on the site, accuracy needs, and intended use.

Is this a replacement for a survey or engineering inspection?

No. Sentinel provides visual documentation and aerial data products. Survey-grade or engineering conclusions remain with the appropriate licensed professional.

Do you serve projects outside Fort Worth?

Yes. Sentinel serves projects across Dallas–Fort Worth and can evaluate other North Texas locations.
